Driver training for clerk drivers (clerk vehicles in companies)

Training of driver-referents, Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended.

We offer companies and individual employees the possibility of mandatory driver training according to the Labour Code. If driving a motor vehicle is part of an employee’s job, the following obligations arise under the Labour Code:

Section 103(2) of the Labour Code obliges employers to “provide employees with training on legal and other regulations to ensure occupational safety and health, which complement their professional qualifications and requirements for the performance of their work, which are relevant to the work they perform and relate to the risks with which the employee may come into contact at the workplace where the work is performed, and to continuously require and monitor compliance with them”.

We offer companies the opportunity to train employees at our driving school at a time to suit your company’s needs. Of course, training can also be carried out at a location to suit your needs, provided it provides suitable training conditions.

At the end of the training each participant will receive a training certificate. We will issue a complete list of participants for your company’s use.

The price of the training depends on the number of participants.
